Grouping-By-View in Category Data Tables (support for directly editing variables of multi-level category relationships)

Hi guys,

if you have variables that are linked to 2+ categories, you lose the nice data table editing where you have a quick overview of all related variables.

It would be great if also the data table was capable of displaying a grouping / hierarchical representation of the 2+ linked categories so that all related variables can be directly edited rather than having to navigate to each variable individually in the spreadsheet. You quickly lose oversight currently, particularly when there are many category elements per category.

Absolutely @FabianK ! I asked about this last year, there’s limited point in being able to link more than one category to a variable if you can’t then design reports that display that
