How to Assign Categories

How do I?

I have imported a Google Sheet as my data source which looks like this:

The problem is when I create the Model, it shows the Category correctly but when I link the Customers it shows all Customers under each Category.

Any help to help me understand what I’m doing wrong would be greatly appreciated.
