I’m gradually moving past being a “newbie” for Causal. But one thing I noticed is that once I started working on my first models, I always jumped right past the Causal.app landing page into the models. I would save the link to the models in my browser. I never went back to the Causal home page and never realized there was a Community! So instead I wrote directly to Causal staff with my questions and suggestions. If “help” had included a link to Community, I would have noticed it and put my questions and comments there, saving everyone a lot of time and also engaging the community.
