Category items limit warning despite deleting all models

I’m restarting with causal for another venture. I have deleted all models I had created last year. However the category count is still above limit of the account. Is it possible to reset? This is a try for a different venture and context. I need to model the P&L of a GP (for a new PE firm). We are not yet incorporated hence I’m using my gmail account for now. Would appreciate getting a fresh start and giving causal a chance.

Hi Julien, models and categories are treated as separate entities. This is because multiple models and data sources can share a category and categories can have links to other categories.
That’s why deleting models or removing a category from a model does not automatically delete the underlying categories.
If you delete them via the categories page, you should be set!
